SUPRAPLACE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION: The SupraPlace membership is billed on an annual basis. Because of this we operate on a no-refund policy except for in the first 30-days of your membership, when you can cancel at any time, and will receive a full refund. If at some point you feel that SupraPlace is no longer a fit, simply email mll(AT) to let us know and your membership will be cancelled. You will have membership access right up to the end of your membership period, and you will not be charged again.
